About

It all began in the late 1990s, when a photographer who lived in my neighbourhood lent me an old camera at the weekend, which I would use to take pictures of my friends surfing.

As the years went by, once I finished my degree in Nautical Science, I spent a year onboard as a trainee, sailing across the seas. It was then that photography became my passion, and I got so keen that I ended up learning by myself the theory and use of cameras, photographic language and editing software and tools.

To this day I have always tried to keep up to date by attending several conferences, talks and courses, following the work of other fellow photographers, etc.

Sobre mí

Todo empezó a finales de los 90, cuando la fotógrafa del barrio en que vivía me prestaba una vieja cámara los fines de semana con la que retrataba a mis amigos en la playa mientras surfeaban.

Fueron pasando los años y una vez finalicé los estudios de marina civil, durante el año de prácticas navegando por distintos lugares, acabé apasionándome completamente por la fotografía; y fue ahí cuando empecé a formarme de modo autodidacta en el manejo de las cámaras, lenguaje fotográfico, y programas de edición.

A día de hoy sigo complementado mis conocimientos a través de jornadas, cursos, siguiendo las carreras de otros fotógrafos, etc.
